As one of the leading insurance companies in Viet Nam, last year PVI reported a revenue of VND9,300 million (around US$417 million) and after tax profits of VND530 billion, an increase of 36 per cent and 217 per cent over 2014 respectively.
For Techcombank, last year, the bank reported a profit before tax of VND2,037 billion (around US$91.3 million), an increase of 43.8 per cent over 2014. By the end of financial year 2015, total assets value of Techcombank has reached VND191,994 billion (around US$8.6 billion)".
