The aircraft were originally acquired in 2012–2013 with an aggregate original purchase price of approximately USD 695,092,627.67. The Transaction represents a complex cross-border aviation deal involving multiple jurisdictions, sophisticated contractual structures, and coordination among leading international stakeholders.
