At the listing ceremony, Managing Partner of Legalserco Vietnam LLC – Mr.Nguyen Sy Hong has shared with officials and representatives of State Securities Commission of Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange, the Board of Management’s members of Sabeco and potential institutional investors, financial advisors, investment banks on strategic corporate governance, management of the corporation upon listing and going public as well as expanding of businesses in FMCG industry in the emerging market of Vietnam.
